Great experience trying Garden District. A very friendly atmosphere and great costumer service. The food is full of flavor and you can tell a great deal of thought and detail goes into every dish. I had the jambalaya which was super tasty. The drinks were also amazing. I believe they rotate their menu and add new dishes here and there, which I think it's a great idea, because you always have something new to look forward to. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to going back very soon.

I went for an event and it was buffet style. The food was amazing!!! I had my 8 year old with me who is a picky eater and he tried their gumbo yaya and loved it!!! Their beignets were amazing but you can only get those with a catered event. I wish they had the time to make them on a regular. I 1000% recommend this place if you are looking for some New Orleans style food. Even I at food I usually don’t eat but loved theirs. The food is very well prepared and flavorful. I will mostly definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone.

Satisfied first time customer. Having just gotten back from a trip to NOLA a couple weeks ago, I was missing the food immensely and this place hit the spot for lunch. My wife and I both went with the lunch combo option, both opting for their delicious Gumbo Yaya and then me getting a Catfish Po Boy and my wife getting a Caesar Salad. Owner came out and spent time talking with us which was great. Server was very attentive and pleasant. Sending this place to my friends to come try. Will be back for sure.

Although my sample size is limited to a small handful, this is definitely the best Cajun cuisine I have had. Etoufee was great. Super flavorful. Perfectly balanced. Wife thoroughly enjoyed the chicken tenders (one of the best she has ever had she said). But the best in my mind was the side of gumbo. Phenomenal. Priced very reasonably as well. It’s downtown so parking can be difficult but well worth the trip.
