My girlfriend and I live in Fort Worth tx but we were in the area on 4/3 for grapevine mills mall and visited this Dutch bros. The absolute sweetheart that was working the orders at approx 1:30ish was the sweetest thing. We tried a strawberry horchata since they didn’t have matcha and my girlfriend didn't really like it, which of course was at NO fault of the young lady! I was having the worst day ever or so, I thought on March 5, 2026 that was until I came across Abby and Ella at your store. These two amazing people saw my emotions. Abby prayed with me in the drive-through and Ella wrote a scripture that was much needed and very comforting on my cup. They didn’t know what I had been through or the severity of it. I was able to just share a piece of it through my tears, but with that they showed such compassion in their service and just a small cup of coffee, which doesn’t seem like much to others, but to me in that one cup of coffee that day gave me strength
