The restaurant is easy to find inside of Gaylord. The restaurant will validate your parking ticket if you park yourself in the garage and avoid valet otherwise you will be charged $50 for the valet just to go to dinner. Everything from the entrance to the restaurant was first class. There is a nice bar on the top floor and when you go down very nicely decorated and designed stairs is the restaurant with another bar. Gaylord Texan is a stunning resort, this place you got to come and try to relax here, we are here for business dinner, the atmosphere is country style mixed luxury, dish display is amazing fine dinning level, the appetizer octopus taste so yummy, flavourful and crispy texture burst on your palette, cocktail I tried diamond, amazing balance rich and smooth cocktail. Entrée I have ribeye that won't go wrong and I am right they nailed it down, grill fragrances full every bites, I also enhanced it with foie gras, creamy on the steak! I gave them solid 5 stars!

The drinks are outstanding, and the bartender genuinely enjoys crafting the perfect cocktail to match your taste, which really elevates the experience. The food, however, is a bit of a mixed bag. The menu is interesting, but it feels like they try too hard to fuse bold, global flavors into American classics. The crab cakes are a good example—while nicely prepared, the crab is shredded rather than served in the large, lump pieces you’d expect. The garnish and sauce add an unexpected Asian twist that completely overpowers the crab. Thanks, but no thanks—I want to taste the crab cake, not the ga
