I’m a frequent customer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe and come here multiple times a week. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap and Paradise Point are always so good and feel like a healthy, lighter option. What makes it even better is being known by name when I walk in, Virgilio is always there and consistently provides SUPERB customer service.

Got the smoothie and yeah… it was straight fire. Flavor had mad rizz, no joke. Smooth, fresh, and actually hit the spot. Lowkey one of the best I’ve had in a minute. Definitely coming back. V is my man, always making the fire smoothies!!!

I started coming to this location a few weeks ago and have had several negative interactions with staff (Indians). On multiple occasions, employees were dismissive, rude, and unwilling to help. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and sadly, that has not been my experience here. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the customer experience.

They don’t refund!! Got 2 açaí Bowls ordered online. When I came in they said they don’t have açaí base and can give give me a different base or 2 smoothies instead. I asks for a refund and they said come back next week Monday my manager can give you. I will not drive 40 minutes for a refund. People working here don’t know how to manage or run a decent smoothie cafe. This is the second time I had a bad experience at this location. Definitely recommend another location this one is not the one.
