Been coming to BIG Norm's off & on for several years now whether dine-in or take-out and has always been a pleasant experience. I'd be lying if I didn't mention that the prices are a bit high which is the main complaint from many on here. In fact, the prices have always been high compared to most Chicago style grills I've been to even before the COVID hit. But of course there are some things you need to factor in starting with the monthly rent (possibly the largest factor), utilities, employees and the rising cost of the food supply. Overall I'm always more than satisfied with the service,

They advertised 2 dog special. Thinking special as in less money!?? Nope cost me 18$ for 2 dogs n fries. I ordered everything on it they cheaped out!! If you charge too follow then customer expects top quality it was soggy too. Never again yes you do cheap on on toppings where is the onions? See threw tomato rottin pepper pictures do justice and what happened to customer right?

Got an impossible burger 😋 the cost was average $10 with cheese & no fries or drink 😢. But I wanted to try something different & not the popular fast food chains. It was delicious 🤤 & worth trying!😉 Maybe I'll be back, when I have more; 🤑 😂 because they cooked my order fresh (some minutes of wait) & bread was soft.

5++🌟 My son had the Italian beef, I had the double smashburger with cheese. I was in Norm's years ago, and my oldest son wanted to stop as we were driving by today. I have to admit the food was good The meat was super fresh, the Italian bread fresh, the buns fresh, the only thing I wish, they would take down all of those yellow plastic chains. I don't know why they're up, maybe people drink all the pop? But it would be nice to be able to walk over there and top off your large drink while you're eating. But anyway, that has nothing to do with the cleanliness which was excellent, and the food w
