I have visited this McDonald’s several times over the past few days using an e-scooter. On previous visits, other employees were willing to help us, but today the manager, José, refused to take our order in the drive-thru. We attempted to place an order twice, and both times we were turned away. If there is a policy that does not allow e-scooters in the drive-thru, that should be explained respectfully and professionally. Instead, the interaction felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I understand that employees and managers have to follow company policies, but customer service still matter

Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Some could use more training on proper edicate and how to act professional. Overall, not a bad place.

The food at this McDonald’s was fresh and tasty, which we really appreciated. However, we were a bit disappointed that the staff wouldn’t substitute my son’s drink for a McFlurry. It would have been nice if they could accommodate simple substitutions. Overall, the food quality is good, but the service could be a little more flexible.
