I'm a repeat customer. However, today I ordered a 20 pc delivery via app and only got about 7 wings. I call and they have the nerve to tell me he reviewed the camera and 7 is never an amount they'd send. He offered for me to come and view the cameras as if that would solve my kids hunger. Never ordering from this location as the one in New Haven is much more customer friendly. Also the food was cold.

Terrible, terrible , terrible!! I got a Cajun sandwich and they they messed up amd accidentally dipped it in the Louisiana rub but then still dipped it in Cajun which I didn’t notice till I got home so the sandwich was extra spicy and not tolerable. I also got a three piece Korean bbq they put way too much sauce and the fries were mixed with hard crunchy old fries. They need to do better cause now they’re playing with people’s money at this point it’s like gambling you don’t know if it’s a win or lose till you get it home and try it. I’m so disappointed now I have to buy myself something else

I ordered a 40 piece boneless chicken and it was all way too salty for my family. I took it back and the worker didn’t understand that I wanted fresh chicken. I asked for the manager but no manager was in the store to assist me. After 45 minutes of explaining, I was finally able to reorder fresh chicken. Horrible experience!!

It’s wingstop… ok for mid wings… biggest issue I always have is they say it’s ready and it’s not! Never ready on time. Even if you come 10 mins later than pick up and your order says ready on the screen it’s not! Be prepared to always be 20-25 mins late waiting on your food.
