Literally the worst taco bell i been to in Indiana its the closest one to me so i go occasionally would go but from now on would rather take the little extra drive if thats what it seems it would take to actually get what i ask for. Whenever i go its always a problem im not sure if the staff needs new headsets or just hard of hearing but they seem to always miss what i ask for at the speaker and never repeat the order. Every manager i have a encountered is unprofessional and seems to have an attitude which would explain the work ethic the employees have considering they have no good examples.

Hello, My wife and I dined in earlier today around 230 and had a an amazing experience at this location. The young lady cashier that took our order gave us a warm greeting, was polite and made us feel welcomed. Furthermore the young man that handed us our meal was polite as well. There's more, we ordered (2) 9$ discovery boxes and the food was well put together, not sloppy or soggy and well wrapped. The cook should take pride in a well put together meal. The whole crew looked happy working together as a team. Thank you from Peter and Sonia we really appreciated a clean and neat dining area.

Horribly unhelpful employees. They will go about their business while not acknowledging you standing at the counter. They will side eye you like they want you to leave immediately. They have no interest in working there or serving their customers. I'm not asking for smiles and welcomes I just want some decent service, but apparently they aren't able to give you that. The entire kitchen is a mess which is probably why the food is subpar for any Taco I have experienced in the last 3 years. I will never order from here again and you shouldn't even either. After placing an almost $80 order via DoorDash, the manager Marie said it was not the responsibility that our order did not get delivered And expressed no interest in reconciling the issue. I understand our delivery service is also responsible, but when we circumvented the delivery service to come pick up our order, we were told that someone else had come to pick it up, even though via the app we told that person to leave it at our location to pick up.
