The worst taco Bell in the world. Make an order on the app. When I pulled into thr drive thru there were 3 cars in front of me. It took 12 minutes just to get to the speaker speaker. And took 22 minutes to get through with my order. The chalupa is soggy. Plus this and the taco supreme barely had anything on there ( literally 2 itty bitty pieces of tomato and 3, no joke, 3 shreds of cheese. RODICULOUS. There is another taco Bell about 5 minutes west on Irving park go there. Avoid this location like the plague.

Unfortunately they want you to put your order in on the touchscreen, which a lot of people don't like and have trouble with it...they should watch people trying to do this. Just in the time I was there waiting for my food I experienced this. They are certainly going to lose customers based on this! Also, I'm unhappy that they charged 95 cents to add extra cheese on my mini, $2.99 mini taco salad!!

We’ve recently started coming back to this location due to the staff & positive changes. This place has made a 180° turn around - for the better! My daughter & I typically come late nights (after midnight) both week days & weekends. Each time, the staff is upbeat, super friendly, offers to make recommendations and fulfills orders timely & in full. Even though this is fast food, they make it well worth the purchase. For a late night run, they sure are upbeat and outgoing, you would think it was the middle of the afternoon. Kudos to the new changes & awesome customer service. We definitely

Don't buy food from here. This place is a ripoff!!! I buy 3 BB Chalupa and a side of Spicy Ranch this place charge $22.23 whereas the Taco Bell on Roselle in Schaumburg the total comes out to $13.41 for exactly the same quantity. The difference is unbelievable!!! They're only about 3 miles apart. Even the food is less amount for such robbing price. Last time I got Nachos and Chips with everything, the chips was half of that tiny paper bag. Unbelievable!! No one is aware of thier robo price, so they're continuously fooling everyone by charging higher.
