I placed an order last night for my child daycare this morning and when I called this morning to verify that the pizzas would be cut into squares. Nancy told me that I’ll get to the order when I can. She said that she has 13 pizzas ahead of me. I told her that I placed the order yesterday and the daycare eats at a certain time. She said if you let me off the phone I could get to them. I asked for the manager Nancy said I am the manager! So I went to papa John’s they said they would have it ready. I called her to canceled and Nancy the manager hung up on me! We ordered delivery and I was very impressed fast and fresh the best pizza we’ve gotten from dominos yet we don’t usually have a lot of complaints or issues with this store but they have absolutely nailed it keep up the good work

I called for take out hoping to order my food ahead of time so that it would be ready in the 15 minutes it takes me to get to dominos but they immediately placed me on hold for the whole call. Upon arriving to dominos I ask if they’re busy in which the dude replies “no” . I then proceed to ask why I was on hold & he responds he hasn’t even received any calls . Mind you when I pull up I see him at the front counter on his personal phone ! Which is crazy ! Then I order one pizza & he tells me it’s going to take 15 minutes to cook when it could have been done if dominos’ employees weren’t slacki
