The guy at the window had gloves on that were nasty and got food on my card which is highly unsanitary. And I go to eat my bean and cheese burrito and there’s nothing in the damn tortilla. Literally half of my burrito is empty. I got a cheesy fiesta potato and they only put a couple potato’s and didn’t even cover the bottom. Nothing hardly in my cheesy Gordita crunch. No one will answer the phone of course.

Our family (12 of us) met here for dinner tonight to celebrate our dad who we lost 5 years ago. Today was his birthday and we decided to meet here because he loved Taco Bell. The manager, Brian, found out why we had all gathered there and took it upon himself to go buy us a cake since we were celebrating dad's birthday. That kindness made our celebration that much more special and we couldn't be more thankful for this unbelievable showing of kindness. Plus, our dad loved cake so it was perfect! 'Above and beyond' is how I would describe the experience my family had tonight in your restaurant. My husband passed 5 years ago. Each year the family gathers on his birthday for a time of celebrating him. We picked Taco Bell because my husband really enjoyed eating here. When Brian, the store manager, learned why our large group had gathered he went out and bought us a cake with his own money! He refused to let us pay him back. His kindness really warmed our hearts. I don't understand what the deal is with taco bells but I've had the most unpleasant experiences at all taco bell. I swear that they make sure to your unprofessional and rude before they hire you. There was very friendly employees at the taco bell on vanderby way actually and I usually avoid that store at all costs. Theses people on north montana taco bell are angry and rude who knows what they do to the food if they can't even put on a fake smile to please customers. Must be an awful place to work
