Makayla Horsnell★★★I purchased a chicken biryani rice bowl, lamb swarma on the sajj rice bowl, and a red tea to-go. Overall it is okay for the price point. I encourage everyone to try it for themselves. Me and my boyfriend have been going to Flavors of India down the street and really enjoy everything we’ve tried and the portions are large for the price. I get three meals out of a chicken biryani entree there. We wanted to try something new and went to Cafe Rakka for the first time. It looks nice outside and inside and the staff was very friendly. There was no prices available up front so I was surprised it was
Amazon Reviewer★★I got a to go order of lentil soup and the regular hummus (no meat). The lentil soup is completely pureed. It has NO texture to speak of except that it was oily (a full layer of oil on top) and slightly gelatinous. I took two bites and had to toss it. It was like eating mucus. I couldn't do it. The hummus was delicious but the serving size that you get for TWELVE DOLLARS is pitiful. Maybe a third to half of a store bought hummus container. Soup and hummus cost $20, which would have been fine if it was good and the serving size was decent. Very disappointed given how great this place is suppose
Gloria L★★I’m sorry to say but this meal was not worth the $26 I paid for it. I thought this was going to be authentic Syrian food but it is more of a hipster joint. I ordered the grilled chicken hummus bowl but the chicken wasn’t grilled. It had a strange tomato-y taste to it and the chicken was shaved instead of sliced thick. Again, very strange. This dish was supposed to come with radishes but I only got two pieces of radishes. I am almost certain that the pita bread was store bought. It is annoying that no prices were listed on the menu online nor on the board in the restaurant. So I was surprised
LaurenHope Wellness★★★★★This is my new favorite restaurant in Hendersonville! The food was excellent and fresh. If you’re looking for a Mediterranean restaurant in the middle TN area, this should be your first choice!
