⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an amazing experience! Ms. Christa was absolutely phenomenal. She wasn't just our server she was also our bartender, and she handled both roles flawlessly. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. Her drinks were excellent, and her customer service was truly top-notch. I ordered the grilled shrimp Alfredo pasta, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The shrimps were extremely salty, and even the pasta sauce didn’t taste good at all. so i did not eat it ,we were a big table, and we did not enjoy the food, except the chicken tender wraps as those were the only good thing at the table as i was told. It was our first time there, and unfortunately I would not recommend it. The only positive note was that our waitress was really nice.

Tonight’s experience at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen was extremely disappointing. My partner and I arrived around 9:50 PM after a very long and busy day, hoping to finally sit down and enjoy a meal close to home. While we understand it was close to closing time, we still expected to be treated respectfully. Our server, Damayah, immediately made us feel rushed and unwelcome. Nice place to go for a good meal. The server was very hospitable. I think her name was Lauren? She had the words "Swim Good" tattooed on her upper right arm which was 😎. The drink she recommended (the watermelon margarita) and all the other items we had were very good! I will definitely visit this restaurant again.
