Went for a congratulations dinner on graduating college, it took forever to see our waiter and receive my drink from the bar. When I got my New York Strip Steak it was practically raw, I had ordered it medium rare. At this point I couldn't eat my $28 dollar meal but that of the sides. We talked with the waitress who was nice enough to give us a discount of 10% but that was only $2.85 of a meal I could barely even eat. After talking with the manger who was very understanding he offered us desert and went to see what he could do, the waitress came back with a discount of 25%. I'm now kind of sic

After having an amazing experience at the Greece location, I decided to try this location while I was in the area and craving their lamb chops. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I ordered curbside but waited much longer than expected for my food. Eventually, I had to go inside, where I found my order sitting on the pickup table while staff walked by without acknowledging it. I ended up taking my order myself without anyone assisting me. The issues continued with the food.
