This had to be the worst experience I've ever had at Captain Ds. The whole experience was just bad. I waited at least 10 minutes for the cashier to take one order for 2 people. Then I ordered 2 $5.99 meals and the 5 shrimp for $1.99. After waiting another 15 minutes while they waited on the drive thru, another guy came in and ordered and got his and left, we were still waiting. Then when we finally got our order, it was wrong. We had a really pleasant experience overall 😊 The receptionist, Desiree, was incredibly cheerful, kind, and very helpful from the moment we arrived. She even brought our meal to us, which was a nice personal touch and made us feel very welcome. Gave them a second chance. Was far worse on their second chance. Fish was cold, refrigerator cold. Fried okra was not warm at all. I ordered Cole slaw and paid for a side of fried ocra. No Cole slaw. Not even going to mention the hush puppies (cold and stale). They seem to be a couple of days old. Called Capt. D's. Hateful girl i spoke with said she would give me a side of Cole slaw but I would have to go to pick it up.
