Surprisingly good from out of nowhere in TN. We were craving for some soup noodles after a round of golf at the Hermitage, in the freaking cold day, I mean literally in the 30 degree day. Pan seared dumplings, aka pot stickers - Pretty good Shanghai soup dumplings- not bad. Dough is on the thick side though. Beef noodle soup - on the salty side but not bad Zha Jiang noodle - not bad Shredded beef rice bowl - just ok Popcorn chicken- I am not a fan of popcorn chicken but not bad Hit the spot. Would definitely return if we ever visit Hermitage TN in the future.

I have lived in Hanoi for over 4 years now and this pho comes very close to the quality in Hanoi. Not quite but close the noodles are not the same, but the broth is good The beef round is delicious. One of the better ones I’ve had in the United States. Highly recommended.

Steamboys was such a good find. We tried a mix of things… sesame balls, bao, and the soup dumplings and everything hit. But the soup dumplings? Next level. SO soft, super delicate, and the broth was insanely flavorful. Easily some of the best I’ve had. The bao and sesame balls were just as solid. They were fresh, warm, and perfectly done. You can tell they’re not cutting corners. We also grabbed drinks. My husband got the ube coffee, and I went with the sea salt caramel, and both were so good. I really enjoyed my first experience. A great variety of drinks and dumplings. I really liked my order, and everyone at the table liked the sesame dumplings. The staff was also nice and helpful, advising me with my order. I always love when there's an ability to put art on the walls, too. It was a lovely touch.
