Last week I bought 2 cookies, got home…no cookies. Called the restaurant. Person took my order number and said she would be in touch. Never got in touch. I submitted feedback through the Chick Fil A app. Nothin. I know it’s only $3.00, but come on, man! Bringing home zero cookies was sad enough. On top of that, two weeks ago I bought a salad from this same restaurant, only to discover a phlegmy glob in it when I got home. The manager put a reward for a free salad on my Chick Fil A app. Big whoop. I don’t want another sus salad…I want my money back! Since I paid for both things with my Chick

We were at a hotel near by and we wanted to have a late night snack. This chick fil a had the best ratings so we went there and we weren’t disappointed. We were helped by Sarai who made our visit exceptionally great . The location was clean , food came up fairly fast considering all the cars in the drive thru, the lemonade was exceptional. The spicy deluxe sandwich is always a good idea considering the tomatoes and lettuce inside. Cant go wrong with the sweet sriracha sauce on it.

Chick-fil-A no longer seems to take responsibility when mistakes are made. For example, on a delivery order, I specifically requested no pickles on my sandwich, but it arrived with pickles. When I contacted the restaurant, I was told I needed to drive to the restaurant myself to get a replacement and bring the incorrect sandwich with me. They would not deliver the corrected order, even though the mistake was theirs. I did take the time to drive back and get the sandwhich. Still no applogy given. I've also experienced issues with mobile pickup orders.I have arrived and asked to be checked-in

Placed a breakfast order at 10:15 and drove all the way to the location just to find out that they had cancelled my order because I arrived at 10:35. I’ve had nothing but issues with this location. Hands down one of the worst chick-fil-a locations. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my day. You’d think if you placed your order over 15 minutes before breakfast ended, they’d have time to make your order. This location always on some bullshit. Breakfast is the only good thing about Chick-fil-a. The normal menu leaves something to be desired. You can get chicken between a bun for $10 or 2 chicken nu
