5/3/26 8:33pm order #40, drive through number 1340, KS#13, Side1. Went through the drive through and placed my order. I ordered 1 Qrt Pounder with cheese, 1 Large Sprite Berry Blast, and 2 Large Frozen Blue Raspberry. When I got my order they only gave me one Large Blue Raspberry so I told them I had clearly ordered 2. The guy at the drive through said you only paid for 1 and I said I have no idea I ordered 2. I told him if they rung my order up wrong that’s fine I can pay for the second one because I needed 2. I got my card out to give it to him and he turns around and says “we can’t take yo

Tired of coming to this McDonald’s and not getting the stuff that goes with my order. Drinks, no straws. Food, no sauces, nor any napkins. Why was I asked to pull up for a frappe, it got handed to me with no straw and the rude lil girl walked away as I was asking for a straw. I’m on crutches so it’s hard to get in and out of the vehicle. The frappe isn’t even blended, it’s ice and liquid. I Was supposed to receive a “be our guest card” for my last inconvenience that I never received. This Location definitely needs new management or better “customer service” training.
