Gave them another shot after a bad experience and no discount as promised. Why? Because I believe in one offs and second chances. Well, immediately regretted it. My steak was extremely tough. The baked potato was incredibly small, dried up and looked as if it had been cooked in a nuclear reactor. The Mac and cheese was not just dried up but dried up on top and watery on the bottom, having obviously been made hours ago and water added possibly. While visiting in NC, I ordered online at the website. Paid with a gift card. When I arrived, my order couldn't be found. After several attempts to rectify the situation, Randy came out to assist. He was very professional and very nice. He was able to figure out what happened (human error on my part)and was kind about it. Then he proceeded to have my order quickly prepared while I waited. The food was nicely presented and was very good! Randy, thank you for helping out this NJ girl!

Perfect date night for my husband and I. From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager was present at the door and throughout the restaurant during the night. Within 30 seconds of being seated, our waitress Tay was at our table with bread. Drinks soon followed. All the food was hot and the steaks were cooked perfectly!! The seasonings on our filet mignons were perfect! I can’t sing their praises enough. It was actually our first visit to this Outback. We will most certainly be returning. Five stars for service, food and just being all around amazing!!

We ate dinner at Outback tonight because my husband was given a gift card by a friend. We had never been before, and I'm glad that it was covered by a gift card for the most part. I'll start with the positive, which was that our server was very attentive, polite, and our drinks stayed filled. However, the service really didn't stand up to the poor experience we had with the quality of food.
