I recently hosted a private dinner at Anthony David’s in Hoboken and I could not have been any happier with the entire event! From the super attentive service and staff, the delicious food, fabulous personalized cocktails, and the overall atmosphere, it was just perfect. We were even able to include live music entertainment in the space, which was also a highlight Every one of my guests that attended had rave reviews also. Stopped on a weekday to get brunch. My boyfriend ordered the steak and eggs. The steak was cooked perfectly but tasted livery. We like spice and flavor but potatoes were overly seasoned and not the best. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict which was good but a little too salty. Restaurant itself was nice and staff were friendly.

Had a last minute dinner without reservations. The host was great and was able to seat us. Once seated thats when it went down hill . We finally got water and we ordered a drink. Took some time to get out our food order in, once we got our food we were forgotten. Not once did anyone ask how was the meal or if we needed anything else . We finally had to flag down the server just to ask for the bill. The food was good but the service was poor. We ended up walking up the street to another place for more drinks and dessert.
