Shake Shack doesn't package their food well for take out. Bags with massive openings rather than bags that actually close. Food not packaged to protect it from cold or the elements. I live only two blocks from this shake shack, but still I can't get the food to taste fresh when I eat it at home.

Visiting the shake shack after a gap of 4+ years. Last time I remember visiting it in 2019 at their 33rd/34th St location. Thankfully this time I tried out the hamburger instead of sides. I ordered a shack burger, crinkle cut fries topped with cheese and frozen hot cocoa shake. The shack burger was good especially the potato bun which was really soft with the right amount of butter applied while toasting it. The patty was cooked to perfection and now I understand why people consider this chain as the best one in the town! Fries weren't that good, they lacked the crisp and were a bit on the
