Ordered a burger and double roast beef on the app around 3:30 for 5:30 pickup. Arrived 2 hours after order only to be told they no longer have burgers although they were clearly an option on the app. I chose a double beef and cheddar instead and sat at the window for 10 minutes. Always issues at the Vestavia location on 31 and McGuire. Worst ever.

Last night, I visited your store’s drive-thru and had a very disappointing experience. First, I had to repeat my orders several times. I ordered three meals totaling $39.00 and requested one root beer and two Cokes. Once the cashier got it, I pulled around to the window and paid. I was given the drinks and asked to pull forward so the food would be hot, despite there being no cars behind me. While waiting, I tasted both Cokes and discovered they were diet. Terrible! They gave my wife someone else's order. Plus, she ordered 2 small Cokes and they gave her 3. She asked if she had to pay for the 3rd Coke since she only ordered 2, and they said YES! I told her if it was me, I would have simply driven off and left them with the food and no payment. This happened about 11:35 am at the drive-through, Friday, April 17, 2026.

Kendra was very rude! She told me that I couldn’t use my coupon since I didn’t make her aware at the speaker. She even mumbled “what the hell”. I asked her what’s the problem? Very rude and food was not fresh. Customer service does not exist at this Arby’s. I will never visit this Arby’s again
