my office ordered donuts to be delivered and they showed up with a dead roach inside. krispy kreme refused to take responsibility for this and will not give any refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. DISGUSTED!! 1 star is too generous but zero stars is not an option. #kripsykremespecial

Was really a great experience. The atmosphere was very family oriented. Mom's and dad's with kids picking out donuts . The staff with their vintage themed green uniforms seem super helpful. Walking in side felt like stepping into a norman Rockwell painting.

We don’t get Krispy Kreme very often but when we do, we always look forward to it because they are our favorite donuts and always consistently good. Tonight was not that. The donuts were a different consistency than normal and the chocolate glaze was runny and a weird flavor. If we didn’t live so far from the store, we would have returned them. Overall we are extremely disappointed in this visit.

I drove almost 30 minutes to pick up Valentine donuts I ordered online which I saw advertised on the Krispy Kreme facebook ad- only to get in the car after picking them up and realize my donuts were decorated by a 10 year old! Come on! Do better! I wanted the bear donut! $20 bucks for false advertising! 😞
