I have drive-thru pickup experience, As seen other reviews for dinning or pickup from inside is so bad. I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times and the consistency is impressive. The food always arrives hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered I’ve never had a single mistake with my meals here, which is rare and appreciated. My only small request: please consider adding napkins to takeaway and drive-through orders. I didn’t receive any with my last two orders, and it would make the experience perfect. Overall, excellent quality and reliability. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I went to lunch with my family yesterday and spent $25 for 2 adults and one child. My daughter ordered extra cheese on her tacos, which I have no problem paying for. We get our food and thank goodness the extra cheese is on her tacos but I opened my 3 tacos and to my surprise there was hardly any cheese on any of them. Now I know that taco bell is known for being stingy with the cheese but when I say there was hardly any cheese, it looks like someone took a pinch of cheese and put it on there. Anyways this was a Wednesday, night shifttt 12:00AM… just unprofessional. Happy I didn’t get my food made or anything fixed correctly. I come to the window for my pick up , “oh we ain’t got that order we already gave that out” “ we can’t do nun about it” then I hear in the background “WE AINT GOT NO BEEF” ….. simply this was the stores fault, why give out an order before checking names? why not automatically FIX your mistake. anywho it could’ve just been marked off in the system, and didn’t want to make the food.
