I had such a great experience at this Taco Bell! Everything was fresh, hot, and made exactly right. The staff was friendly and kept things moving quickly, even though it was busy. I especially want to recognize Candace—she truly made the visit stand out. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work, and it really shows. Her positive attitude made the whole experience better. Last year this taco bell was awesome. Tonight was lousy service. Savanah did not resolve this issue. Tacos were barely filled. If you going to give us half the food then we shouldn't be charged it. Very unprofessional and downright rude.

Came here late on the 23rd. Taco bell was very clean on the inside, which was very impressive. Good came in a good amount of time, and was good quality! There was an employee upset for some reason (not sure why) but the manager was very good about handling it. Several employees came up to us and asked how our food was, could anything be better, did we get everything, etc, which was very nice of them! At the end manager came to us and apologized for the earlier disturbance and gave us 5 vouchers for free tacos! Would come to this taco bell again if we visit hot springs!

This Taco Bell has gone horribly downhill in the last few months and it just keeps getting worse. No sauces, missing ingredients, I even got a dry quesadilla the other day with cold shredded cheese. I’ll be driving further away to go to any other TB next time.
