I’m a big fan of Phoenicia Specialty Foods so I thought I would like MKT Bar, but it doesn’t live up to its market next door. To start, service is pretty slow. I have been 3 times and 2 out of the 3 was like pulling teeth to get service. The best luck I had was when I sat at the bar. But that only worked the first time, not the second time. Then when I sat at the table, it was actually horrible. I had to wave down the waiter nonstop. He never came to our table without me waving him down. Food was okay. Nothing special. Great dishes with casual seating area and occasional live music. Great place for large groups. The best thing about this place is every dish made with high quality ingredients and every plate was prepared intentionally. Pizza was full of toppings, Chicken and waffle had the crispiest chicken with whole grain waffle. Even the sides like mashed potato and gravy or fries were very good...

Food was fabulous. Our server/bar staff Jordan was phenomenal. Very attentive, while we were there two large parties came. She greeted everyone with a smile. She moved with ease and handled large amounts of orders. You can tell she enjoys providing great service.

This was my first time here, it was highly recommended by a friend so I came in for steak night. It was pretty crowded which was a good sign. We were seated rather quickly. A live band was setting up so the music was a good dinner atmosphere. Our server GARY was pleasant and professional. He took our order and stated they were busy this night but our food came out to us rather quickly and was very delicious. For desert Gary recommended the apple baklava which was very delicious also. Overall we had a great dinner and desert and enjoyed the atmosphere there. I highly recommend coming here and I
