Wow. Where do I even start? I’ve never left a negative review before—anywhere—and I really hate complaining because I know restaurants can get slammed during busy times and things happen. But this experience at IHOP was so frustrating that I have to vent. We arrived on a Sunday morning with a party of five, expecting a typical breakfast outing. We waited over an hour just for part of our order to arrive. When the first half finally came out, it was stone cold—like it had been sitting under a heat lamp (or forgotten) for a long time. We then waited another 15–20 minutes for the rest of the food

Just WOW! First let me say, the female Mgr and our waitress Anita, were extremely nice. But beyond that, HORRIBLE! We went it, greeted and seated us promptly. Anita took our order and we got our drinks. About 20 mins later, she comes out and the cook JUST told her theyre out of crepes, which was my wife's order. So she ordered something else. Meanwhile, our food came out. Apparently, it had been sitting for a while bc the pancakes were so cold, the butter crumbled. The waffle had whipped cream instead of powdered sugar and chocolate chips as requested. Eggs and hash browns were cold as well. S

The service was wonderful. However, the food was less to be desired. I went with my family and both my dad. I had burnt food, and my chicken and his hash browns were both burnt to a crisp. I thought at first it might have been the oil that needed to be changed. However, our food took so long to come out that I figured it was because they cooked for too long. They were nice to take it off the bill. However, a business should know that the oil always gets changed once every other day or once a week, depending on how much they use it. I'll never go back to this one.

We have a tradition with our kids to go to ihop in huber heights after fireworks. We showed up July 3rd around 10:45pm and were told they were closing for the night so we were turned away. So we tried to go july 4th at 7:10pm so we could say we still went...stood there for almost 20min and not one person came out to seat us. Another family walked in in front of us and we're also waiting. There was also a table seated and eating and they were even complaining that once they got their food, they hadn't seen anyone. No wonder they are no longer open for 24hrs....might as well shut the whole resta
