I am writing to report a serious issue with an order I received today. I ordered the “Berry Berry Berry Good” ice cream through DoorDash, and when I opened it, I found two hairs inside the ice cream. This was very upsetting and completely unacceptable, as it is unsanitary and unsafe. I did not eat the product because of this. I wanted to make you aware of the situation so it can be addressed and prevented from happening to other customers. I would appreciate a response regarding this issue and what actions will be taken.

On some days, there is a teenage boy who always greets me and my family and always converses in small talk with us while still giving us the service that we asked for! 10/10 service from the manager too!
