Isaac is the man!! What a super friendly face to greet everyone as they walked in! He made sure our experience was personal, he cracked some light jokes with us, and then whipped up some of the best ice cream creations we’ve had from any Coldstone location. You can tell he genuinely loves his job, and we appreciated every second of it! Every employee everywhere needs to take notes from Isaac. 12/10 would recommend and 12/10 will be returning!

We love taking our kids here. It's a reward for when they are good, as well as a bit of an adventure. They love seeing the ice cream mixed. Our young kids also love using the "sample spoons" as their spoon. We love the Strawberry cake, with extra cake and no strawberry. Sounds weird right? Well the strawberry with the icecream turns into chunks of solid ice. Not very appealing against the soft and creamy icecream, and the fluffy cake. We love the waffle cone bowls. It does seem a bit hit n miss on who makes it. Some make it overflowing. Some the waffle bowl is barely half full. Some overmix

They never put any of the toppings. They keep raising prices. Save your money and go elsewhere because it’s a complete rip off. They are deliberately putting less and less and less toppings and they’re charging you basically $10 for a scoop of regular ice cream that you can buy a gallon from any shop in America.

We were given a gift card for this ice cream shop. So glad we were, it is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had in my life. The variety of the way they serve it is unreal. You can get it made in so many different ways. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely visit this store again!
