This location has absolutely abysmal customer service. I placed an order for pickup. Even though the site said it was ready, I was forced to wait an additional 20 minutes once I arrived. What makes it completely absurd is that the store was completely empty. The staff saw me sitting there waiting the entire time, yet not a single person had the decency to tell me my order was ready. It was just sitting behind the counter. I eventually had to go up and ask for it myself, otherwise they would have let me sit there indefinitely. Total lack of professionalism and communication.

Bad Service. The receipt says if you leave a survey you get two free pieces of chicken. I filled out the survey and they gave me a free drink. They said the receipt was wrong even though it was printed very clearly. C'mon bro how do you lie on a request for a survey.

I came for a chicken breast and they tell me I have to wait 30 minutes. It's awful that they always run out of chicken; it's always the same.
