Walt★This location has absolutely abysmal customer service. I placed an order for pickup. Even though the site said it was ready, I was forced to wait an additional 20 minutes once I arrived. What makes it completely absurd is that the store was completely empty. The staff saw me sitting there waiting the entire time, yet not a single person had the decency to tell me my order was ready. It was just sitting behind the counter. I eventually had to go up and ask for it myself, otherwise they would have let me sit there indefinitely. Total lack of professionalism and communication.
Ivan Man★Bad Service. The receipt says if you leave a survey you get two free pieces of chicken. I filled out the survey and they gave me a free drink. They said the receipt was wrong even though it was printed very clearly. C'mon bro how do you lie on a request for a survey.
Edelman González★I came for a chicken breast and they tell me I have to wait 30 minutes. It's awful that they always run out of chicken; it's always the same.
