They need more experience workers. I went in earlier tonight and was told by one worker their register was down, but that I could order through their app. So I placed my order. She left to go smoke & another worker came out and asked if I was picking up an order, when I explained the situation she said “oh no we’re not taking anymore orders because our computer isn’t printing anymore tickets so we won’t get your order. I had already paid and it said that our order was ready. I explained the other woman said I could order through their app app. She was making orders and not once did she ask me

Horrible this was a 6inch chicken teriyaki Thay fixed my sandwich like I was a nobody. False Advertising this isn't how the sandwich supposed to look. People on my job seen this and called it dog food. I was super upset 😡 I need Corporate number so I can report this how embarrassing. Told me to bring the sandwich and a receipt back im at work on lunch fix it the way its supposed to be fix.

Went inside versus drive through. They had no air in the building and everything looked like it had been sitting for a few days in the cold box. The lettuce was brown, and there was a lot of cross contamination with the veggies. Im not one to leave bad reviews, but this was BAD.

Always drive thru only. They're always out of SOMETHING critical for 80 percent of the sandwiches. Most of the guys at the window have terrible attitudes. Service is incredibly slow. I've been here multiple times because it's close but I will not return again. Trust me, just skip this one
