People expect service in Nola to be just like NYC, it’s not. Should it be at an airport? Maybe. This Starbucks is quite roomy and seems brand new. Coffee and snacks are just fine as you would expect

I got a venti hot pistachio latte but it tasted like it had no pistachio syrup in it. I took it back and asked if they could just add syrup but they didn’t have to remake it. I just wanted the flavoring. The lady swapped the lid and then gave me back the same drink without saying anything and went to help someone else. So glad I’m spending $8 and not getting what I ordered. Always lowering the bar on service, good job Starbucks! Why do I bother?

One male employee was extremely irritable and completely unprofessional! Not only did he make mistakes with the orders, but when the POS machine malfunctioned and he couldn't process credit card payments, he violently slammed the machine repeatedly, like an angry vagrant! A terrible place, terrible people!

From the moment I approached, the barista displayed complete disengagement: head propped lazily on her hand, elbow planted on the register, as if interacting with paying customers was an unwelcome inconvenience. This posture alone speaks volumes about the utter lack of care, training, or basic professionalism at this location. I clearly corrected and clarified the drink size during the order, yet the staff ignored my instructions entirely and proceeded with the wrong size.
