Janet Butler★I got a venti hot pistachio latte but it tasted like it had no pistachio syrup in it. I took it back and asked if they could just add syrup but they didn’t have to remake it. I just wanted the flavoring. The lady swapped the lid and then gave me back the same drink without saying anything and went to help someone else. So glad I’m spending $8 and not getting what I ordered. Always lowering the bar on service, good job Starbucks! Why do I bother?

Not only did he make mistakes with the orders, but when the POS machine malfunctioned and he couldn't process credit card payments, he violently slammed the machine repeatedly, like an angry vagrant! A terrible place, terrible people!

This posture alone speaks volumes about the utter lack of care, training, or basic professionalism at this location. I clearly corrected and clarified the drink size during the order, yet the staff ignored my instructions entirely and proceeded with the wrong size.
