I've been coming here for years and literally not one single person in this place is friendly. I come back because the smoothies are good. The staff just acts like you are bothering them they don't even make eye contact or smile. The worst is the young brunette kid with the dead eyes who they keep putting at the register. You should probably keep him in the back if he's going to sit there on his phone and not smile or look people in the face.

I was born and raised in Key West, Fl and moved away years ago. Every time I can to Key West I ALWAYS stop by Smoothie Shuttle. The customer was great and my husband loves this place and he is very picky. They have the best drinks and breakfast.

They serve the brown fatty pieces of salmon in their poke bowls and the staff argue when there's an issue. Its a cute spot but the consistency with the food and smoothies is awful. $50 for what looked like canned salmon on my poke bowls and watery smoothies... I understand if a place has a bad day, but for the staff to argue with me over what should be an easily fixed mistake is enough for me to never come back. I was once a semi-regular but not anymore. It's pretty embarrassing to treat customers like that when they're charging these prices. Consistency and customer service gets two thumbs do

Yummy smoothies everytime. First time trying their fusion bowls and it didnt disappoint. They are perfect for a quick lunch and flavorable as well.
