Never again in my lifetime. If I could give you negative stars I would. Imagine ordering a Philly cheesesteak, waiting nearly an hour after being told your order was completed, only to open the container and find this. No peppers. No onions. It looked like there was absolutely no care put into making the food or serving the customer. Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We arrived around 10:30 PM, but the staff acted as if we had come in right before closing. We were seated in an area we specifically did not want, and it took about 45 minutes just for someone to take our order. After waiting over an hour for our food, it arrived cold. When we politely brought up our concerns, the staff seemed annoyed that we were complaining rather than trying to fix the situation. Terrible service. They are clearly understaffed, and the few employees working are extremely slow. We had to wait far too long just to get a table, and then wait even longer to be served, even though there were plenty of empty tables available. I’m concerned that it was on Saturday! How does it work in weekdays!? There were no soft drinks because the soda machine was broken, and the beer was also delayed due to a machine issue. Do both come from the same machine? Even something as simple as asking for a to-go container took forever. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

My kids and I decided to have a father/son day, and they’ve been craving B-Dubs for a while. We ended up getting incredibly lucky coming in today. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like family. The hostess Kaylie greeted us with a big smile and genuine warmth, which set the tone right away. Our waitress, Betsy, was amazing kind, patient, and super informative when we come back we will ask for her! She took her time recommending sauces and even helped me pick the perfect adult beverage. She went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I felt comfortable and taken care of.
