Kandice was very helpful. It was my first time at Urban Plates and ordering at the counter with her made it much easier. She was able to answer all of our questions. The food was scrumptious too. I got the blackened Salmon with Brussels sprouts and Asparagus. My daughter had the cheeseburger 🍔 without the cheese. Portions are big.

We were greeted by an awesome nice person, Rory. She lifted us up with her positive attitude. We split the steak plate and our two sides were organic, beet salad with goat cheese with rustic bread and carrots and beets. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium well. After we ordered we received a number to display on our table. Rory delivered our meal. What a great customer facing person to have interacting with customers. The steak was cooked perfectly. Parts of the steak were too chewy to swallow. The beets and goat cheese, the rustic bread and the carrots and beets were amazing. Great fla
