Horrible service. I didn’t get her name but my receipt says Norma Q. She was angry looking from the beginning and when I was telling her what donuts I wanted she’d roll her eyes. I asked for a coffee and it was like if I asked her to give me her first born. I can’t believe that the other lady who was helping a family after us was way nicer to us than the lady helping us. She gave me a broken coffee cup as well and gave me an angry look when I asked for a straw. Definitely won’t be coming back. When asked about the 14 dozen that yum yum offers we were ignored and were given the “normal dozen”.

Lady inside was very rude. Overpriced, chewy crap. The lady didn’t smile. Every question I asked was treated as an inconvenience. They have smaller sized donuts (bottom shelf) and regular sized donuts. Apparently they’re all 2.50. But on their menu they have “mini donuts” but apparently “they don’t have any”. Came here for convenience- remembered why I never go to corporate places like this.

wow, I’m so disgusted and disappointed with what I received, I ordered a bacon & avocado extreme melt ,, just to get back home & have rotten avocado . The avocado was straight up black, my boyfriend even commented “ something smells rotten” and I was like yeah it’s my melt. I should’ve drove back and asked for a new one but it was already 2am. I didn’t eat anything all day and just when I was expecting my first meal, it ended up being some bullshit. I will be contacting HR and contacting the higher ups to fix this shop up, because clearly they’ve been having an issue with rotten food. I will j

The donuts here are always fresh and taste great, especially the glazed ones. However, the service at this location can be incredibly slow, even when it isn't busy. It is fine if you are not in a rush, but do not stop here if you are on your way to work.
