Torn on this one. Matcha was not good, tasted kinda soapy, and my partner and I had stomach issues almost immediately. The one staff member was chill, and the location is great. That said, when it closed at 4, I went to find seating… all the chairs and tables outside were tied together with wire. I couldn’t sit even though nobody was there. Why? Just why. I’ve never seen this done. It’s a bad look for a ritzy area. Not the cafe’s fault, but def made me rethink returning. I probably won’t be back. Which stinks because the cafe’s vibe is nice, and it’s right next to my partner’s work. /: Maybe

Been my go-to in past couple years, both the Santa Monica and Playa one. The space was chilling and cozy, limited plugs but worked for short hangout or work. The drinks came in large size and free milk substitution which were always a score in LA! They’re also very creative in inventing new seasonal drinks and all the baristas have always been super friendly and helpful. They did have online order available now so you could skip the line!

A hidden gem of a coffee place. I was a little confused trying to find it as it is located near a parking garage. But it's a nice little place tucked away with delicious coffee and pastries. I had the tarimesu latte and will definitely be back to try the s'mores latte!

The space gives Bali vibes! But I came here for the coffee. I ordered cortado and it was great. The barista was very polite and attentive .
