I visit this location “EVERY” morning before work and I can tell you it’s always good. The food is always nice and warm when I get there and the smoothies are fantastic. I put my order in 5-10 minutes before I get there and it is always waiting for me. The owner is a great guy and we talk for a few minutes and he is always pleasant. My wife and I also order flatbreads, quesadillas, and sandwiches for dinner and they are equally as good as the breakfast. I have tried several other locations and I can tell you Lee’s Summit is the best breakfast of them all. I highly recommend this location.

This used to be one of my favorite places, but the quality has gone down and it’s really disappointing. To start, they send drinks unsealed, which feels unsafe and unpleasant since anyone could open them and take a sip. Is it that hard to put them in a sealed paper bag with plastic, and close it with a staple or tape? The smoothie is still tasty, but it’s hard not to think about the fact that whoever delivers it could open it. On the other hand, the chicken pesto flatbread used to be my top choice, but now no way. Little lunch date with my son at one of his favorite places. This location only has 2 small 2 top tables. There are bar stools but they don’t seem like a place they want people to sit and eat as they filled the counter and other side is just pick up to go orders. It’s not the cleanest place I’ve ever been, under the tables or in the bathroom But it’s not the worst either. Staff was super nice and service was fast. Food was yummy. Tons of easy free parking.
