We have been going here for years. Food has always been excellent, but service is hit or miss. Our most recent experience was particularly disappointing. I had my child with me and asked for a high chair. I was given a dirty high chair (visible crumbs and dried sauce) and the hostess watched me clean it off and place a napkin inside it so my child could sit in it. She never offered a rag or different high chair even though she could see we were struggling to clean it. I ordered a cup of water for my child and it never came. I also ordered a kids meal that was brought 20 mins after our pizzas,

This location is always excellent. Started with the Frittura sampler. One sausage arancino, one eggplant arancino, one panzarotto and two fried mozzarella balls with marinara (only one in photo because my hungry toddler has the fastest hands in the East). Peak aroncini. The method is flawless. Other than changing the flavors of the ingredients to suit personal tastes, you couldn't get better. After hearing soooo many reviews about Pupatella I was fortunate to be near one at lunch time on a weekday and have friends meet me there, so we tried a few different pies that we all shared. When it comes to toppings, they do as good a job as most better pizza joints, so I won’t go into the specific toppings we chose, other than to say they were spot-on what we expected and we were very happy with them.
