Get here early if you want the best pastries! I got here at 8 and managed to get the last chocolate and almond croissant !! The breakfast sandwich was a rec from a girl in line and it was solid. aconsider me a member of the clean plate club! My favorites are the everything croissant, sugar bun, and the pain au chocolate. Truly, EVERY pastry and bakery good they have are delicious!

Ruby's Bakery was our first stop in Lodi. What a welcome. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We saw Fausto making bread and were intrigued by the process. He took the time to talk to us, gave us a complimentary warm brioche with marmalade to try and even gave us a loaf of bread after our discussion about bread making. It was truly unbelievable hospitality! The sour dough bread was delicious. We enjoyed our brunch very much and we will be back. What a lovely way to be introduced to Lodi. The wife and I were on our way to a restaurant for breakfast, and had to reroute due to the train. We had no intention of stopping in, this is our first time in Lodi. But we noticed the line at the door and that sparked our curiosity. So we got in line. I’m glad we did. From the moment the doors opened, we were greeted by friendly staff. The breakfast sandwiches were fantastic, and the fresh baked pastries are delicious. Coffee and Lattes were awesome too. Don’t pass it up, this place is one of a kind!
