Beautiful waterfront location with stunning views, especially around sunset. The setting alone makes it worth visiting. The drinks were lovely and well crafted, perfect for enjoying the scenery. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the manager at Fuego was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share it. I have dined at countless restaurants, from casual establishments to fine dining venues, and I am known for treating staff with respect and generosity. During my visit, I spent approximately $450 on brunch for me and my wife, remained at the restaurant for about one hour, and tipped more than $200 to the staff who provided excellent service. This was a welcome respite on our walk from the Queen Mary to our Residence Inn hotel. They were welcoming, the service was excellent by the whole staff. I think there were about eight people who took care of us but Alfonso was our main waiter. We were dressed casually but no issues there.
