I may as well go back there and serve myself. I have to take my own order and everything else may as well make the food too as it’d come out better than the crap the kitchen staff gets paid to serve. Not sure why the employees here are even being paid. I ordered two bean and cheese burritos to have them cold as heck! Didn’t even warm up the tortilla for them or anything. I get its minimum wage but way below minimum effort from the employees here. Can’t even acknowledge someone when they walk in.

This Taco Bell is horrible!!!!! I placed an order on the kiosk then waited for 20 minutes eventually went up to talk to them and the guy said “I guess I should start your order. Finally got my food the guy said he would give me a drink and never came back eventually I lost hope and left halfway home I realized I was missing 3 items from my order had to turn back around and prove to the women at the drive thru what I ordered and she copped a attitude eventually got my food but the hour long wait was simply not worth it!!!! SKIP THIS LOCATION ITS HORRIBLE!!!!

Second Review: I visited the Taco Bell at 20980 N John Wayne Parkway in Maricopa, AZ with a trip through the drive through. I ordered a Nachos Bellgrande and the total was $8.16. When I got home, I was surprised at how much smaller this dish was compared to the last time I ordered it. There was a layer of tortilla chips on the bottom with the following toppings: refried beans, ground beef, sour cream, tomatoes and nacho cheese. It tasted like I remember it, which was ok, but even eating the toppings sparingly, I ran out of toppings and still had tortilla chips left to eat plain. First R

So got delivery. The forgot the quesadilla. When I called, they told me to come in....what? Thats the whole point of delivery. Checking out my burrito, there's a jokingly small amount of anything in here. It's a tortilla with a garnish of filling (see pics.) I pressed everything that filled it into the center and my thumb was bigger. Worst taco bell I've ever been to, and I've traveled around the country. I'd rather eat garbage than eat here again. At least that way, I'd get some kind of filling.
