Mr. Underwood is getting a huge shout out tonight. We always go to this location and this was our first time encountering him. He had the best attitude the upmost professionalism as soon as he greeted us at the window. We placed our order and Mr. Underwood went above and beyond to take care of us and not only make it fresh juggle the window and other tasks as the customers continued to flow in. Somehow there was a miscommunication and our order was not what we thought we were getting. The stuffed crust pizza was kind of soft and gooey and not in a good way. And the wings had some kind of other sauce or taste to them under the garlic parm sauce. They were friendly people but try to offer us a deal after our order was given and something got confused. We want to try the new Stix Pizza.

I usually have no problem with this location , it was different tonight though… I ordered extra most bestest pep and got a regular classic and it was cold even though I was told to pull around and wait 15 min for a fresh one . Waited all that time for a cold pizza ….

Picked up an order that was in the process of being made as I'm standing there I'm watching a young man make pizza in the back with extremely long curly hair flipping his hair back and fourth no hat or hairnet and wearing no gloves and Im thinking, God I hope he didn't make my pizza, someone else brought it out but just gross!!!! Check on your employees!! Nasty and I won't be back!
