Regularly visit for lunch. Great food and friendly staff. Went for dinner for first time. Found dining room door locked. Went to drive-thru. Attempted to order, but was denied the side that I wanted to order with the sandwich. So I decided that they really did not want my business, and ended up going elsewhere for dinner. Why all the advertising, with no other customers waiting, then hassle the customer? I don’t have this problem with the lunch staff. Very odd. Praying they do better next time.
