Drive thru guy, who was an older black guy, was extremely rude, denied me service because I asked why I couldn't order triple cheese burger meal at this location, when I can order it at others and he denied me service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. AS STAFF ARE QUITE UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to just go get some real fast food, from a restaurant that has very nice, humble accommodating employees at Wendys.

Every time I go here the workers are super lazy towards their job, as in I dont even get a “Here’s your food” or a “Have a nice day” the kid just stares at me in my face with my food in his hand. The food I received was thrown around with no care on where the ingredients end up. I was hungry and had to get back to work so I ate it anyways. This last time I didnt even get my order taken I sat there for 2 minutes and no one picked up on the kiosk. Just overall lazy and disrespectful. Youre better off going to either of the other 2 McDonalds in town.

5/17/26 I was told that I could not hang out inside anymore. I can only get my food and eat it inside for only 1 hour. 🤬😡 5/19/26 received an email from the owner asking for more information and I responded with a long email 5/29/26 now 10 days later I still have not heard back from him.🤬🤬

If the owner would like to increase her business revenue, put tartar on your fish sandwich. I even asked for a fair on my fish sandwich for $5… I’ll never be back…. Better Macdonald’s in Chicagoland that don’t skimp on minor things that important for a good dining experience! Get it right
