Had a great experience at Applebee’s in McKinney! The food was so good — the pretzels with beer cheese were a standout, warm, soft, and absolutely delicious. We also had the quesadillas and the new O.M. cheeseburger, and everything came out hot, flavorful, and really hit the spot. What really made the visit amazing was our server, Cody. He was training a very sweet girl at the same time and had so much going on, but he handled everything flawlessly. I arrived here at 11:30 am for a normal brunch it wasn’t until 1:00 I received my food keep in mind maybe 5 groups where here with a party of 4 people. Stop being so greedy and hire the people it takes to have a great service. One of your servers is definitely not in the right mind. Please step up or shut down.

We have been holding on to a gift card for years because the Applebee’s service has been terrible. Channa proved us wrong! We came to the location in McKinney, the service was great, our food was hot and delicious and we are happy. Thank you so much, we will be back! PS try the strawberry lemonade

The kitchen was understaffed. They had a lot of trouble keeping up with very little customers. Food came out with the appetizers. Maybe I'm wrong but I believe it should be at least 10-15 minutes before the food. Had a hard time getting utensils and napkins. As far as price goes, not so much their fault that the economy is trash and everything is expensive, but there are much better alternatives with better pricing and larger portions.
