Sunday afternoon and we thought it would be a great time to check out the Old Spaghetti Factory. It was not busy and seating was immediately available unlike other times we noticed in other reviews. Great decor with dark woods and plush looking seating. Stained glass and antique looking memorabilia finished the atmosphere. Server was right on making us feel comfortable and welcome. Menu on our place mats was limited but interesting enough to give us more than one choice upon which to sample. We came on a night that happened to fall on the same night as a high school dance. The restaurant was packed. None the less, we finally got a table for 2! Philippe was our server! He was very personable and couthy! Although the restaurant was packed, he didn’t rush through us ordering; he treated us as people, not just another set of customers! Absolutely a horrible experience at the old Spaghetti 🍝 Factory in Medford. We planned a Christmas party for our company on the 19th of December. After contacting heather the Manager and others at the Medford location we had requested our table 2 weeks in advance. We should have known it wasn’t going to run smooth from the beginning the communication was shotty at best. Unanswered emails, non returned phone calls. Managers never available to speak with. Very yummy food (I really like the white clam sauce they have). The customer service here is also lovely, even if they are really busy. It always feels warm and welcoming here, and very fun. They have a red sauce that doesn't have meat in it, too, which is a nice vegetarian option. And their pesto salad dressing is super yummy as well!
