Went to East Main to get some grub , finally got to the speaker after 15 mins of waiting only to be told “one moment” , had us waiting another 10 mins so decided to pull up to West Main instead & got our food done right!! both matthew & lena were super attentive & sweet , only took 3 mins to get our yums.

Came here accidentally ordered two of same thing online and was told at the drive through speaker to ask for a refund online . I was fine with this once I got home I was not sure how to do this so I called back and asked. The girl on the phone told me “oh I don’t know we have nothing to do with the app “. So I asked why would you tell me to do it online if you had no idea how to do it ? I would have just grabbed the extra food so my money was not going to waste at least . She told me again I have nothing to do with the app . I asked to speak to a manager she told me “ Girl I am the manager “

This taco bell has to be one of the worst locations I have been to. Although I have yet to receive bad customer service the food is always terrible. They are slow, the quality of the food is terrible, the accuracy of the orders are always off, and they are always out of everything.

This taco bell is a joke. The employees are lazy and the food is so overpriced for the amount of food you get there is only 1 customer in the drive thru and it still takes 5 mins for tacos. Im never going back there.
